Completed in 1991, Lakepoint comprises 62 residential units in a single 13-storey condominium building with a two-level underground parking garage, generous visitor parking and a private waterfront garden. We have a wonderful location on the water on Lakeshore Road between Brant Street and Guelph Line in Burlington.

Lakepoint has one of the finest views of Lake Ontario in the City. The lake view takes in the Burlington Skyway Bridge and Lift Bridge, Spencer Smith Park, Brant Street Pier and the Niagara Escarpment. Our private lakefront gardens include a variety of trees, shrubs and annuals for us all to enjoy, along with a gas barbecue and two gazebos for outdoor dining.

We are located within a few kilometres of Burlington Beach, the Joseph Brant Hospital, the Art Gallery of Burlington, the Performing Arts Centre, tennis, lawn bowling and curling clubs, Central Library, Senior’s Centre, Family Y, Drury Lane Theatre and the Music Centre in Central Park. Many shops, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance.

Walking and bicycle paths spread in all directions, and our local jewel, Royal Botanical Gardens, is just a 15-minute drive away. The 403, 407 and QEW are close by providing convenient access to the entire GTA.

Residents enjoy watching the lake’s wildlife, which varies with the seasons, commercial shipping as it passes by, and summer water activities.

You may relax and enjoy our indoor swimming pool, hot tub and dry heat saunas or take advantage of our gym providing, cardio equipment (treadmills, an upright bicycle, a recumbent bicycle, an elliptical and a rowing machine), strength training equipment (functional trainer, free weights, benches, exercise balls) and an area for stretching/yoga. Bicycle Storage Room is available for those wishing to store their own bicycles.

The ground floor Library/Card/Meeting room is the perfect place for a quiet read. Books, and games are contributed, organized and enjoyed by residents only and are borrowed using the honour system.

You may enjoy a game of darts, pool or table tennis in our party/games room, or improve your golf by using the golf chipping and pitching net set-up in our Hobby Room that also has a large worktable for other creative pursuits.

For larger gatherings, you may elect to reserve our party/games room with garden access.

Resident may also take advantage of the car wash. Equipped with taps, hose, drains, and garbage cans. This area is also available for washing your bicycles, balcony screens and furniture.
